TeamPatient Help: Mail in "Junk" folder
Mail in "Junk" folder?
Spam filters are not all created equal. Sometimes spam filters reject emails from us and as a result, you do not receive the invitation emails and succeeding notifications from TeamPatient. In cases where this is not received, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from TeamPatient Community Website Support Team, or email@example.com.
When you verify that the email notification from TeamPatient ended up in your spam/junk mail folder, please:
• Mark the email "Not junk" - this will move the item to your inbox.
• Add @solutionize.com to your "Safe Senders" list.
Please make sure that you have done the above to ensure that email notifications from TeamPatient are delivered to your mailbox.
If the problem persists or the email from TeamPatient is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to troubleshoot the issue with you.
